* About me
Posted on May 1st, 2008 by admin.
Since 2000 I’ve spent at least 3 months of each year traveling solo through parts of the Middle East, Africa, South Asia & the Americas. In that time I have visited over 50 countries by myself, while living & working in Buenos Aires, Berlin, and San Francisco. I am not a journalist, activist, English teacher, or trust fund kid. I travel intrepidly & fund my trips by saving what I earn working a regular day-gig. Translation- you could potentially do the same. Thank you for reading my website.

hi Michelle, amazing blog and fantastic reports of your work and travels. I came across your site while looking at the Facebook page for Frances (my sister) and recognised your name. All your words and thoughts are so inspiring. They will motivate more of us to get out and explore the world. Good luck with any plans for the rest of 2010. John.
